hey @Roblox @Roblox_RTC @robloxdevrel. Our account BevelCreatives ( studio's account ) was falsely banned under "Trading robux outside of roblox ". We simply got our dev payment from a verfied group. This doesnt mean that it was usd selling or buying.

Its been 8 months since @Roblox @robloxdevrel banned my holder account and locked my group that i started in 2018 for paying out staff members (mods, devs, designers, ect ) which is not against tos. I never sold robux or items outside of the website.

They took as long as possible to follow up in email so the 30 day appeal period would pass and I wouldn't be able to continue to follow up.

The holder account held multiple clothing groups with hundreds of clothing items and dozens of ugc items that cost thousands to upload. And millions of robux that I earned in the group funds that I cannot access.

This was the first time the account ever got a disciplinary action against it.

After 6 years on Roblox, my account was permanently terminated for alleged off-platform Robux trading.

I had over 1.7 MILLION Robux on the account, along with years of development work. Everything I built and worked for is now gone.

I have never knowingly taken part in unauthorized Robux trading, and I still haven’t been told what specific activity caused the termination. My appeal was denied without any clear explanation or evidence.

@robloxdevrel please have someone take another look at my case. I’m not asking for special treatment—I just want a proper review and the chance to get my account back.

‼️‼️ This is happening way too often lately. One of my modellers too @414ly_, was recently permanently banned for ''off-platform Robux trading'' after receiving legitimate Robux payments for UGC commission work, and the only ''big'' purchase she made was a 25k Robux gamepass to pay someone else for a commission, so even that was still just dev work.

She has proof of everything, the work, transactions, chats, and files for each commission, but when she contacted support, she just received an automated response with no chance to appeal again.

She’s lost access to the Robux she legitimately earned from work for me and other UGC groups.

Developers should not have to fear losing their accounts, earnings, and years of work simply for paying or being paid for legitimate dev work. This is genuinely threatening the roblox dev ecosystem.
