@virginmedia I never took a contract for a Sim card. I signed up for tv and broadband. Sometime later you sent me a Sim I never asked for. You even said it was ‘free’. Don’t fob me off to 02. I’ve read plenty online of others who’ve been messed about.

@virginmedia you send me a ‘free’ SIM card. I didn’t ask for this, I didn’t want it and have never used it. I get a bill from 02 for my unpaid account. WTF. Now I’ve got to unpick this mess. Proper unhappy customer. Game over for your account.

@virginmedia Glad you’re sorry to hear. Are you going to pay my bill, save me the £ &time. I don’t think I ever asked for a ‘free’ sim in the first place and I don’t think I ever agreed to a mobile phone contract with O2. I’ve got a bill for a ‘sim’ you’ve put in place, not me. Very very poor
