Families of fallen Ukrainian Defenders from Dnipropetrovsk region spent time at the Fenix UAPT Rehabilitation Center in Portugal.

For many of them, this was an opportunity to finally get a sound night's sleep without air raid alerts and explosions.

The families saw a lot of Portugal, met the President-elect António José Seguro and former President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, and visited the Portuguese Parliament.

The kids had a lot of fun visiting the legendary Estádio da Luz, home of SL Benfica, touring the Benfica Cosme Damião Museum, and stepping onto the pitch during a team training session.

Of course, this will never make up for their loss. But it's important for these families to know they're not alone and they are cared for.

This was the initiative of the CHOVEN Project. It is implemented by Friends of Ukraine Foundation in partnership with HelpUA. Putin's envoy Dmitriev says that the agreement to build a tunnel between Russia and US Alaska will be signed very soon and discussions about it continue between the US and Russia.

Today is the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression. For Ukrainians, this is a painful reality that has become part of everyday life.

Since 2022 alone, Russia has killed 707 Ukrainian children, injured 2,548, and left 2,318 missing. The youngest victim was just two days old - born and killed in a maternity hospital.

These figures may be far higher, as the full truth about what has happened in the temporarily occupied territories remains unknown. In addition, at least 20,470 Ukrainian children have been deported to Russia or forcibly displaced.

Eternal memory to all the children whose lives have been taken by Russia's aggression...

Putin said that there hasn't been a single combat use of Oreshnik on Ukraine.

He said Russia deliberately struck a "shed" in Bila Tserkva to see how the blocks fell.

He said Oreshnik might be used in future, including on Ukrainian cities.

Putin is a liar and a war criminal.

President Zelenskyy has published an open letter to Putin. He suggested a personal meeting on a neutral territory to discuss ending the war, e.g. Switzerland, Turkey or Arabic Countries.

The President said that Ukraine is ready for a full ceasefire during negotiations, as well as an "all-for-all" prisoner's exchange.

Negotiations need to take place with the participation of Europe and the US as possible guarantors of peace agreements.

The letter states that Ukraine will continue fighting if the war goes on.

"You can stop your war," President Zelenskyy concluded.
