If you find yourself in a honey bucket with no ass gaskets to cover the seat, grab some toilet paper, squirt some hands sanitizer from the dispenser into TP, then proceed to sanitize the seat for your bum to sit on.

Plus it kinda seems like a grey area. Jobsite policy's aren't legally binding law. I could see a trespass warning IF there was a police response.

So here's a piece of advice while in Seattle. If you can't find a public restroom and need one look for a construction honey bucket close to the Jobsite entrance. I've never seen anyone get in trouble for sneaking into a Jobsite to use the restroom.
