the wiki spreads alot of misinfo, they are not the only ones doing it
my criticism of the wiki being incorrect was objective and not supposed to seem mean

okay hi so this is a thread i made on my main account just casually finding incorrect information on the wiki and posting it
you can go through this but its ofc not even close to everything.
whats more important is i want to talk about why this isnt a good thing (1/7)

im just some person who like batim and has criticism towards the wiki

@Shockbeez hell even from my experience running this account people will say things that were buggy in the old versions of the game and that a reason they dont like it, and those bugs not be in the game anymore but they are still listed on the wiki.

im sorry you dont like the game, but alot of information about this game does come from word of mouth
and wiki is apart of that word of mouth

@Shockbeez im sorry if my wording was harsh i guess, but i dont see it that waymay be on account of my autism. this is just objective criticism. coming out of this post with the idea that im "toxic and mean" and not "oh i guess the wiki does have issues"is a weird way to come out of it IMO

i DO believe a big reason people dont like BATIM is because they have the wrong information about it going into the game. this misinfo comes from all the sources i mention, the wiki, the fanbase, and themeatly himself.

i just made a post to the community of people that can and will actually do something about an issue that they have control over.

@Shockbeez this isnt toxicity, its just an objective criticism about the spread of misinformation about BATIM and if you read the entire thread you would also see i aknowledge that its not just the wiki, just the wiki seems like the biggest and easiest thing to tackle atm.

all and all im thinking of using this account to further correct misinformation about batim because there is alot, of course from the wiki, but even the employee handbook itself has incorrect information about the game.

but i wish there was some clear distinction between what information comes from what piece of media.

in an ideal world someone would make and run a wiki solely for batim so information wasnt lost and discarded
