'1. HELP TANAKA HEAL
This is Tanaka. A young boy with albinism bracely fighting skin cancer. He recently had surgery to remove a tumor from his face and now has a reconstructive plate. Because of the surgery he cannot eat solid food.
One of the unforgivable sins committed by Mnangagwa was recalibrating our national discourse. The Zimbabwe of Mnangagwa is not the Zimbabwe we have always known. This one is deeply divided, polarized, and toxic. Our understanding of principles now depends on which side of the divide we stand on. We now label people as evil not because of their conduct, but because of where they belong. Our sense of right and wrong has been reduced to political allegiance.
Yet, despite all this, there are principles and values that many still stand for. Their validity does not depend on popular approval. Some may not be obvious today, but as surely as the sun rises tomorrow, the truth of values that have endured the test of time will eventually stand out like gold.
There are, of course, lines that must not be crossed in the name of plurality or subjective entitlement to opinion. When those are crossed, crosses must be borne. At the same time, there are legitimate calls that can be made by individuals and professionals without dragging the mob into the matter.
Thanks to your incredible generosity, we have now raised USD 852 towards our USD 1,500 goal for Gift Magara's treatment. Every donation, share and word of encouragement is bringing Gift one step closer to the care he urgently needs. We still have USD 648 to raise. Please continue sharing and supporting this appeal together, we can give Gift a second chance at life.
🙏 Thank you to every donor, partner and supporter. Your kindness is changing lives.
APPEAL FOR DONATIONS🙏🙏🇿🇼
Blessed Sunday brethren , makadiiko hama dzinodiwa, salibonani zihlobo, today l come before you with a very sad and urgent plea for assistance towards our dear brother Gift Magara from Chikuku, Masvingo (35). Gift is fighting skin cancer since 2020. He survives on farming in his rural home, but now because of the sickness, life itself has become very dificult. He says sleeping is hard as he has developed wounds at the back which are ever bleeding that he has to change shirts all the time. He says nights are the most dificult as the pain is unbearable. He has tried getting assistance since last year it has been difficult as he is kept bieng told to come back again and through that the wounds are getting worse. When he came to the screening program we did at Masvingo Provincial Hospital the doctors highlighted that he needed complex surgery which could not be done at hospital as he would require ICU support post surgery. Therefore before the sugery can be carried out there is need for CT Scans to be done for head, neck and abdomen so that the specialists can mobilise and plan for the surgery. Mukoma Gift's life can be saved if he recieves this urgent surgery is done, but each day we wait because he cant afford the tests reduces his chances of survival.
I am therefore appealing to all those who are able to assist us in raising at least $1500.00 to cover these tests and his welfare during the treatment journey. No amount is too small bahlali🙏 donations are accepted using the platforms on the poster below. For those in diaspora you can use this link to donate
Every cent or $1.00 count. May God bless all the hands that will give ,touching mukoma Gift's life. Ndinokumbirawo hama dzangu, padiki ipapo patinapo it can go a very long way to help. https://t.co/SERroopyqc

Some years ago @edmnangagwa threatened me with a lawsuit when I wrote a story that he was insincere about leaving office in 2028. He said the story was a lie and should be retracted. I hope he apologizes to me.
I miss my home, not bcoz it’s the best but coz it’s all I have. All I know & all I love. My heart belongs in Zim, but cruelty and greed keeps me away. At times I regret being a journalist, but if it was no me then who. It’s a painful life.
Blessed Saturday beloveds

A SHAMEFUL BETRAYAL.. We do not merely bear the scars of politics; we carry deep wounds. We have been severely bruised, abused, and broken by this oppressive system of tyranny.
Many of our friends and relatives lost their lives because of politics, and the pain remains as profound today as it was then. Some have been abducted and disappeared without a trace. Others have been forced to sleep in unimaginable places, including the mountains, simply to survive.
We, along with many others, have been arrested, persecuted, and subjected to relentless harassment. We have been left for dead after numerous assassination attempts. We have been denied opportunities, marginalized, and deprived of the resources and means necessary to improve our lives. Food and government support or opportunities have been politicized and weaponized. We have been excluded, humiliated, robbed, and exploited continuously…day after day, season after season.
And after all this, some choose to align themselves with and support the very oppressors and persecutors responsible for our suffering, all for money, personal benefits, and the desire to illegally remain in this illegitimate parliament. The citizens are the ‘ultimate parliament’ and shall determine the direction of our great country.
To you, Oppressors and your sidekicks …Stop it or be stopped. Change can’t be delayed or denied any longer! #TheNew #TheCitizensMovement

🔸Back in 1987 when the Constitution was amended to allow for the direct election of the President, Edison Zvobgo made a compelling case for direct election. He observed that this direct election process was core to “one man, one vote” and denounced the notion of a parliamentary executive as being divorced from the people.
It’s a pity @ZANUPF_Official no longer has intellectual muscle of this caliber. They cannot even have a sound cerebral debate. Varikubatirana pfuti nekunyima vanhi secret ballot in their desperation to rail road a brainless amendment that will ruin the remaining embers of our democracy.
They’ve been reduced to mbingarism, cash for votes and cars for loyalty. They leave their brains at the door. Intellect has been replaced by paid trolls who flip flop according to the highest bidder. Of it’s not paid activism, then it’s a predatory elite that’s stolen so much they’re consumed by the pandemic of conspicuous consumption - spending money meant for basic services on their personal largesse.
Ndozvamakaendera kuhondo here izvi? Our true heroes must be turning in their graves. Did their blood go to waste?
It’s a mess.
We need new leaders.🇿🇼
🎉HAPPY INTERNATIONAL ALBINISM AWARENESS DAY 2026🎉
Today I join the rest of the world to commemorate the International Albinism Awareness Day under the theme "Proudly My Skin". This theme speaks to lived realities that us as people with albinism live with from the day we are born to the day we die. Despite lack of melanin in the skin, hair and eyes we are whole. My skin is part of me and my identity. Against social constructs, beliefs, myths and misconceptions that has haunted albinos as a result of our skin leading to harmful practices, we rise to voice out, speak out and educate society that we are one. Diversity is not a mistake. It is part of God's creation and the beautiful design of our universe.
Yet while we fight ignorance and stigma, another battle continues silently. Skin cancer continue to take lives of our brother's and sisters prematurely. For us access to sunscreen and protective clothing is a human right issue. I have personally experienced the effects of unprotected exposure to the sun especially during my childhood. My skin became a source of pain, barrier to enjoy life like other kids and psychological trigger due mocking and name calling that came with it.
This is the reason why l stand up to be counted among those putting up a fight against skin cancer even with zero resources, will is stronger. As people we cant continue to loose loved ones due to skincancer, a preventable and a preventable disease. Personally l have witnessed 32 patients due in our care due to advanced nature of their cancers. It cant continue lets join hands to fight this.
To my beloved government of Zimbabwe, please l know you are overwhelmed by government wide budgetary demands. Our ask is this , the World Health Organization last year reinstated the sunscreen back on the Essential Medicines List, l therefore plead you to align our customs regulations to this monumental resolution. Our skin health matters, we can only be full proud our skin when we we are not penalised for even attempting to protect it. Allow us to import sunscreen without payment of duty. Declassify it from the cosmetics list that pays customs duty. Parliament of Zimbabwe and other government agencies lets work together to come up with the National Action Plan on Albinism, a legal framework that will assist government to include and mainstream albinism in its planning.
Always remember any one of us is a carrier of the albinism gene and tommorow might be you who will have a child or family member with albinism. Lets act not to ensure that we make skin healthcare accessible to all PWA regardless of location, status and diversity.
My name is Queen of BaTonga, the only white bone who speaks unapologetically speaks venac, daughter of the BaTonga Royal Tribe, blood of the Zambezia and the Nyaminyami ancestral lineage. A proud fearless fighter for the human rights of people with albinism in and beyond Zimbabwe. My skin my pride, my identity.
CHOOSE LIGHT, CHOOSE RIGHT…Any system, institution, or practice sustained by bribery, deceit, intimidation, and manipulation is inherently wicked, drawing its power from darkness itself. Be of light, not of darkness. Choose right. Choose righteousness and walk in light.
“The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” John10:10
Blessed Sabbath.
