Keir Starmer's resignation is bitter news for Kyiv, though he is not the first - and seemingly not the last - British PM Zelensky has worked with since 2022. In Ukraine, Starmer will be remembered as an ally who stood by Zelensky and Ukrainian people when Donald Trump did not.
