X is getting worse day by day. There’s no proper customer support at all.

First, many users work hard to reach 5M impressions, and suddenly their creator revenue gets paused without any clear reason. When they appeal, they only get replies from AI bots—there’s no real human review.

Second, many accounts that took 3–4 years of effort to grow to 50K followers get suspended without explanation. Again, when they appeal, it’s just automated responses.

That’s not fair. X should not do this without informing users. There should be a proper system that warns creators before any action is taken—so they know that after a violation, their revenue may be paused or their account could be suspended.

We deserve transparency.
