@etihad I was sorely disappointed in the experience flying with you. Service levels have deteriorated. I was better off taking #turkishairlines or even your sister concern #emirates versus Etihad. Crew was slow and rude and worst experience flying from AUH to Boston recently

@EtihadHelp worst experiences I’ve had with Etihad and that also on a business class flight from Abu Dhabi to Boston ! The air hostess dropped entire contents of someone’s food on me while I was sleeping ! There was no remorse or anything done to make this right !
