(1/9) I want to share a frustrating experience I had with @turkishairlines on Dec 30th from Delhi to Istanbul (TK4650). When I booked, I wasn’t informed the flight would be operated by @IndiGo6E. This lack of clarity set the tone for a deeply disappointing journey.

(9/9) To add irony, @IndiGo6E's boarding song includes “All I wish for is a touchdown.” After this ordeal, it felt more like a prayer. As we approach our return trip, booked with @turkishairlines, we can only hope for a safe touchdown.

(8/9) By the end, I wasn’t sure who was worse—@IndiGo6E or @turkishairlines. Both seemed to forget they’re in the service industry. Customers are not cargo to be shuffled around.
