@rjochoa OK. Beaverton has an Asian grocery store (Uwajimaya on Highway 10) and inside, there is an amazing ramen shop called Ramen Ryoma.

Also my personal Beaverton favorite is @batteruppdx near the Beaverton Public Library - chicken & waffles - but they do not have dinner hours.
