@jesskcoleman You are a sociopath who runs for office for your self interest as you have done nothing but mock the community you represent. We have the receipts.
@ZoneZeroNYC@jesskcoleman He wouldn’t. He’s a PS89 Battery Park City alum whose parents sent him there and lives in a BPC bubble - yet refused to even help his former school in local policies,
@jesskcoleman The fact you promote yourself as a lawyer and lack fundamental critical thinking skills is amazing. So I guess you are for the elimination of the UN then? Gridlock alert for security of world leaders is a good reason for traffic. Are you saying we get rid of diplomatic plates?
@susanleenyc What you attempted to do to those who were actually concerned for your own political benefit has been noted by so many. Stop being such a poser.
@Seventhwheel The leading case in SDNY is Chan et al. vs. DOT et al. (1:23-cv-10365) It’s the next case to be heard for oral arguments after NJ asking MTA to provide an Environmental Impact Statement. Also they are claiming the plan is unconstitutional and violates dormant commerce clause.
@jesskcoleman You still don’t get it. It’s not about cars. It’s about lives. The vast majority don’t agree with you.
That’s why it’s moved on in spite of your efforts to harass us.
It’s honestly not your job. It’s your community service. You’ve done nothing for your community.
@jesskcoleman We were all there to witness it as you joined our WhatsApp group. It’s part of the facts as to why a suit exists. As you referenced we are more than one person. Can’t wait to share what you did in response to a community you supposedly represent.
@jesskcoleman Oh dear old friend Jess. Just wait until your response to our community makes it into the federal testimony. Can’t wait to share how you as a CB1 member referenced our coalition.
Also - no environmental impact statement exists.
@DinnerWed@jesskcoleman Wait until we put on federal record how he responded to his constituency of 100 individuals as a CB1 member. Facts are memorialized. Maybe we should repost the screengrabs.
@MotoBX@GovKathyHochul The admission fo Asthma rates and pedestrian injury, as well as increase in emergency vehicle response is REALLY TELLING. Especially for those who live along Route 9A and FDR
@GovKathyHochul This lack of common sense and diverting dangers from one privileged class for other residents in the boroughs is problematic. Not acknowledging these realities is tantamount to negligence.
@GovKathyHochul This is not true for the residents along West Side Highway and Route 9A or the FDR. Increase rates of Asthma, pedestrian safety and increase in emergency vehicle rates were stated in the FONSI document.
