@LaCivilian@MTG_Arena@wizards_magic Bit of a Schrodinger’s cat situation. I’m out of the country, so can’t open the boxes to check the cards. I also didn’t win 25 boxes just to crack them all. Plenty of Direct players are doing the same and should know what kind of shipping/support they may be dealing with.
@MTG_Arena@wizards_magic Arena Direct shipment showed up in a torn plastic bag with multiple sealed boxes crushed. Second damaged shipment in a row, and support has now gone 10 days without responding to my escalation.
@Vagabond80@MTG_Arena@wizards_magic Considering how much we are spending to win the prizes and even msrp value they really need to do better shipping. I'd pay extra for better shipping even
@terribadmtg Did that for the SOS one 120000 gems tho. Can't say I enjoyed it so much but min cashed this weekend so up 200 now... Think it's just a high variance event and you might be down 500 plus with volume and a high win rate from time to time.

@jupiterbrandos@Whoot1234 Have you done this? I started playing these in May and have sunk close to 7 grand into it sitting on a pile of sealed product and was wondering the best way to manage taxes.
Product damaged during shipping and support is unwilling to compensate just due to a damaged box. If thats the policy I think everyone would appreciate a bit more care in packing. 🙏🙏@MTG_Arena@wizards_magic
@terribadmtg Yikes, feels like some miscommunication between departments because this whole thing went as poorly as anyone could predict. Championships should have some kind of prize or its just a qualifier.
