Highly recommend being friends with ambitious people. Their drive pushes you to work hard for yourself. They also inspire you to do better, be better. Their good traits rub off on you. You start to want better for yourself and you grow.

been dealing with insane imposter syndrome for the past 3 months. had a prof tell us explicitly "if you think that you don’t belong here, you do" at the beginning of the semester and another saying "if this doesn't fascinate you, maybe it’s time for a career change" this week lol

Education is actually cool. You’ll lose your mind a bit, cry for weeks, stress-eat or not eat at all, your health will take a knock, your free time disappears and your social life fades, but once you get that qualification? It’s so worth it you might even consider doing it again.
