A basic refund only returns the money for a service you failed to deliver. It does not account for the 2-hour delay. For a previous similar issue, Swiggy compensated me with a goodwill coupon matching the order value.I request a compensation coupon of the original bill total.

The customer care executive didn't even tried to get things right for valuable customer and tried to make assure will not happen again but this is happening for 2nd time , also the customer care modified my order without addressing the original issue.
