Also, Promotor of Godawari Power and Ispat through a different entity- hira infratek pvt ltd has excersised the conversion of warrants to the tune of 12.8 Cr at 53.47 Rs per Share.

After a long time positive news are flowing.

Insights from Investor Presentation:-

Raised INR 118 crores through equity and debt for project development.
:INR 65 crores additional funding needed for Jonnagiri Gold Mine.

USD 8 million additional contribution for Altyn Tor Gold Project.

USD 2 million expected for Mozambique Lithium operations over the next year.

Potential capital raise through off-take agreements or future public offerings (FPOs).

Gold Mines Near Production: DGML is on the verge of commercial production at two of its gold mines, including the Jonnagiri Gold Mine in Andhra Pradesh, India, which is expected to begin by the end of 2024. Pilot production is already underway, and substantial land (235 acres) has been acquired for infrastructure like water pipelines and power lines.

Consultancy Services Expansion: DGML's consultancy vertical provides specialized geological and mining services in multiple countries, such as Tanzania, Mozambique, Zambia, and Kyrgyzstan. The division's 2024 revenue stood at USD 53,977, with projected growth in 2025.

Technological Upgrades: DGML has acquired drone and LiDAR sensors for its exploration consultancy work, enhancing efficiency in mapping and exploration.
ESG Initiatives: DGML is integrating solar-powered vehicles and is manufacturing bricks from mining tailings to support environmental sustainability around its mines.
