@BofA_Help My issue has not been solved yet and my account is still blocked because i took off a authorized user and updated my info. If i knew that wad a crime i wouldn't did it at all

@BofA_Help @jaaron83 I ve been banking with bank of america for 26yrs now and sad to say my credit card account is locked because i updated my personal information and deleted my authorized user. Now im been referred to step into the branch to verify my identity this is unbelievable im 89 yrs old.
