Thanks @kesharose for spending 132 minutes with me in 2022. I couldnโt stop listening to Godzilla. (Thinking about assigning it to one of my voice students next semester) #SpotifyWrapped https://t.co/dEQi76yslH
@holy_schnitt Our "dinner" has always been at 1 or 2pm. Mom used to not let us eat before then (as teens and young adults) but as I got older I said no to that bullshit and I made a special dessert specifically to be eaten for breakfast.
@Imogene_Moon13 I used to get the "hangover" when I took 100 mg, the first strength I was rx'd. 50 mg doesn't do that to me. But then, 100mg doesn't any more either lol. But yeah I get that feeling of being willing to do anything for sleep.
@damonmurphy2255 He doesn't have to have heard "the talk" to have been influenced by salt lake city.. The kid was probably raised in the church and heard the hateful rhetoric there.
So it bothers me when I show up at a church function and people gush over me? Husband is the choir director, I have 2 degrees in singing so I help him out. I'm used to people gushing over my voice at church but this is excessive. Lots of reactivate-the-apostate energy.
@banjofire@phil0sphere Naw. That's not boundaries. That's allowing people to treat you like garbage and not doing anything about it. Having boundaries is telling your family that if they send hurtful comments to the group text that you will leave it.
@FailedLDSWoman And what's nice is the bishop said he was glad I asked to be released. He doesn't want people getting burnt out from calls. He was a good guy.
@FailedLDSWoman I never said no, but never got asked to do anything I wasn't comfortable doing. I did ask to be released from a YW calling though, bc I was getting burnt out from it.
