@AustinWater is a joke. Noticed the faucets had about 50% pressure yesterday at 8 a.m. No water at all by 10 a.m., and didn't get a boil water notice until 12 hours later. Still no water and no answers. @MayorAdler @KXAN_News the public deserves answers now.

Hey @KXAN_News we need answers from @PedernalesCoop and @ERCOT_ISO as to why our "rolling blackout" in Shady Hollow started at 2 a.m. and we are still without power. Our homes are freezing and no one will even give us an expected time for power return.

@PedernalesCoop The outage map shows 3 houses in Shady Hollow without power, and we are all without since 2 a.m. It is freezing in our homes right now, and we can't get anywhere warm. Rolling is one thing, turning people's power off in the middle of the night is just wrong.
