@ATTHelp end of the day your employee lied and mislead me to think I was receiving $1000 for my trade in but instead change it to$350 and said be happy with that now shut up. Beyond disappointed. Never have I been fucked over like this. A travesty happened!
@ATTHelp like it's my fault. A real company would bend over backwards to help a customer that was wrong by an employee. Especially when you've been a customer for damn near 20 years.

@ATT and still get my original deal. I got the money it was never a problem it was the sales rep who never mentioned it in the first place. Felt like a loyal customer only to get fucked over. I'm getting mad about this again!
@ATT then find out the sales rep never said I needed to pay off s22 to get the full trade in value (it was<200) then say oh we can't fix it because it's already done. Won't give me a chance to pay it NOW...
