Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Wednesday laid the foundation stones for three Toyota projects in Erbil: a spare parts center, an expanded pre-delivery inspection hub, and Erbil Motor City. Japan’s Consul General and the Governor of Erbil attended the ceremony. Barzani was welcomed by Toyota representatives dressed in traditional Japanese attire.
