HAPPENING NOW: Groundwater is surfacing on the street in front of the power pole where a 16-year-old was electrocuted Monday night in Fruit Heights. The teen later died at a nearby hospital. Crews were working in the area prior to the water appearing.
BREAKING: A judge has ruled that Tyler James Robinson, the man suspected of fatally shooting conservative commentator Charlie KirK, will be allowed to wear civilian clothing at all pre-trial hearings, citing his presumption of innocence.
