Congress needs to pass the Tim Hart Act in the next 3 mo. We cannot afford the attrition that will occur if they don’t. But more than that, the men and women who fight fires for the USFS deserve to earn wages and benefits that befit what they do for us. Tim Hart Act is a start.

We watched all 45 of our members grow over these past few months and are ecstatic to see them move on in their careers in the firefighting sector.
