Most of you spend over twice as much time in the gym as you need to, and go twice as often, but aren't getting half the results you could be.

A lot of married women in LTRs are probably less interested or disinterested in sex because their husbands have allowed themselves to become fat, weak slobs.
Don't blame your wife for not wanting to fuck you if you've let yourself become unattractive (or even less attractive).
The honest truth is that a lot of married women and women in long-term relationships feel this way. I realize this will anger many men, but it’s pretty normal. I don’t know what the solution is, I just know it’s common
@AKidd305 It's absolutely true, at least here in the US. Over 70 percent of adults are overweight, and if I remember correctly, over 30 percent are obese.
Of the 30 percent that aren't overweight, many appear to be under-muscled, and not even a little physically impressive.
@burby_geek It's more nuanced than I'm willing to attempt to discuss here, or am even qualified to discuss.
I recommend asking @RationalMale or @Rianstone if you want an expert explanation.
@EricTopol Depends on whether people actually train hard or not (most don't) and individual ability to recover from and adapt to exercise.
It also depends on how much time people waste between exercises because they have to wait for equipment in busy gyms.
@Brady_H@bryan_johnson The number of repetitions is irrelevant without also specifying the duration.
There is a huge difference between the kind of sloppy, jerky 1-second push ups many do, and push-ups performed in a very strict and deliberate manner.
