@EAHelp I’m reaching out as I’m having a bit of issues with the game, NCAA 25. I am selected the Ultimate Team platforms and keep receiving an error message that states “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”
This is very unacceptable!
@PowerHRG dissatisfied with the service. I’m a customer who has done lots of work with you. When I called in April to have a warranty issue from things that were installed by this company, first available is October. will more than likely not purchase anything else. Poor service!
@PowerHRG I am a customer who purchased, roof, windows, sliding door & gutters. Lifetime warranty sounds great, until you need to make claim. I placed a claim in April, and was told the first available appointment is October. This is unacceptable for the price and guarantee.
@AshleyHomeStore purchased a Durapella sectional a week ago and it smells like mildew, and 1 of the recliners has a noise. Not what I expected from such a high end product! Poor customer care and lack of care! I’m going to keep sending this until I hear back #myashleyhome

@AshleyHomeStore Bought a new couch have had it one week, and it smells also one of the recliners has a noise. Contacted customer care and have not been able to get someone here. I’ve been told to “wait” for a service to contact me, this is poor service! No one seems to care!
@rheem,purchased new units, water heater, furnace, A/C in 2019. 2 of the units have failed and needed repairs. Costing my family over $300. The sensor failed this summer in the water heater, and the blower motor in the furnace. I’m very disappointed with @rheem,any reimbursement?
