He also left 320 houses in other towns across Nigeria and abroad.

He left 280 vehicles in use, and another 120 vehicles that are not in use, just parked.
He left shares worth over ₦30 trillion in companies within and outside Nigeria.

In an interview he granted in 2022, he said he started buying private jets in 1967 at the cost of $120,000 USD. He had 10 private jets, each not worth less than ₦1 billion.

He lived with four wives, had over 45 children and more than 150 grandchildren.

Adelabu can still be Governor depending on how he accepts the result of the last Thursday's APC Governorship Primary in Oyo State. Although, the result is yet to be announced officially, feelers from reliable sources have confirmed Sharafa Alli’s victory. If this is true, it shouldn't be attributed to rigging by, especially Adelabu, it is the choice of Party’s Leadership. In Party politics, Leadership controls the followership and gives direction. If anyone is dissatisfied with the leadership of his or her political party, that person needs to quit the party. You cannot use followership to fight leadership in a political party. For example, those PDP Governors that joined the APC, joined because leadership invited them. A governor that joined APC without leadership invitation eventually surrendered and dropped himself from the contest! The Governors that joined APC from PDP, say Zamfara State Governor for example, how did he emerge as APC flagbearer today? Is it because he can defeat Matawalle in the APC? NO! It is because the entire leadership structure of the party wants Dauda Lawal, and the followers will always go with their leaders, afterall, nearly all the contestants today were also made by leadership of the party yesterday.

Don't let anyone gaslight you, Leadership is key.

My advice to Adelabu is to accept the result wholeheartedly and work with the choice of APC. Doing so has tremendous advantages for him and not doing so will not do him any good. His decision at this moment is very critical to his political future. Being a young man in his 50s, he can still regain his support in the APC Leadership if he abides by their current decision. Yesterday the President said "I'm satisfied with the all the process of this Primary election in all stages of it". The President is your political father.

Future is not as far as we think. Let it be on record that you gave the winner 100% support. Let it be on record that you supported the party to stop Seyi's evil 3.0 agenda. And the future can be yours when the future comes.

Have you ever Seen “Car Parked At Owner’s Risk” and wondered if the Law truly protects them?

You see that sign almost everywhere today in
banks, hotels, Churches, Malls, and Event centres.

But here is the real legal question:

If your car gets stolen or damaged inside that premises, can the owner simply point to the signboard and walk away from responsibility?

The law does NOT automatically excuse them just because they wrote “Park At Owner’s Risk” on a board.

In law, courts look beyond paint on cardboard.
They look at FACTS.

Once a premises begins to control parking by:
✔️ Issuing parking tickets
✔️ Employing security guards
✔️ Installing CCTV cameras
✔️ Controlling entry and exit
✔️ Collecting your car keys

The law may consider that they have assumed a DUTY OF CARE over your vehicle and once a duty of care exists, negligence can create liability.

Under the famous case of Donoghue v Stevenson, anyone who owes you a duty of care must act reasonably to prevent foreseeable h@rm.

So if a hotel, bank, or mall creates the impression that your car is secure, the court may ask:
✔️ Did they provide reasonable security?
✔️ Was there negligence?
✔️ Could the theft or damage have been prevented?
✔️ Did they fail in their duty?

Even Section 169 of the Evidence Act, 2011 may prevent a premises owner from denying responsibility after making customers believe their vehicles were safe there.

This is why courts do not blindly worship warning signs.

A signboard is not stronger than evidence.

“Park At Owner’s Risk” is a warning. It is not automatic immunity from liability. Because in law, liability is not decided by what is written on a board. It is decided by:

🥢 Breach.
🥢 Negligence and
🥢 Evidence.

I have now understood why clubs sack managers if the team isn't performing very well. Why did Mikel Arteta change the winning team with two players. I was okay with Myles Lewis-skelly to be benched for Martin Odergaard to comeback in the team because I believe Lewis Skelly won't start Vs PSG.

I didn't understand why he had to start Kai Harvetz over Viktor Gyokeres and if he is thinking of starting Kai Harvetz Vs PSG then you can call me a plastic fan but we won't stand a chance in that game.

Kai Harvetz should be brought in as a substitute for Eberechi Eze or Martin Odergaard but not to lead our line. Apart from the goal, I don't think there's anything Kai Harvetz has contributed in the game.

He made the Burnley defenders look good because he wasn't making the runs behind them thus ending up being comfortable on the ball and if defenders are comfortable then the midfield plays thus the whole team.
