I have made several complaints regarding fraudulent transaction to Moniepoint account in attempt to make repayment for the loan I took from easemoni using your App.
Here is the message they sent to me now. They said they are yet to receive corresponding email from you

@PolarisBankLtd Today makes 21 days that my money has been unlawfully and illegally with you and you refuse to reverse it. I had made complaint both physically and online but you keep on promising. I never see an incompetent bank like Polaris bank.

Bank Manager and an account officer of Polaris Bank Ikare Akoko Ondo state defrauded Mrs Femishona Christiana Folashade a sum of #4.5m, all efforts to get her money from them failed. Public should be careful to bank with Polaris Bank because their staff are fraudster

@nigimmigration I have gone for capturing in Abuja on 22nd May, 2023. The officer who attended to me has refused to pick my calls. He even collected my valid passport from me ( because there was an error on it). Both the old passport and the new one has not be given to me
