People are generally familiar with the crystallization, for instance the crystallization of sugar/jam. But, how about the active colloids or more general, active matter? Active matter is basically us, humans, birds, fishes or even microorganisms, cells at small scales.

As being a theoretical scientist, we are curious about many phenomena in nature. We try to reproduce their dynamical behaviours to understand them with the help of simulations. In line with this aim, what I am doing is to simulate the crystallization of active colloids.
