This office has tried to be paperless. Really, we have. But then things happen like the server being down on the day an appellate brief is due and we have to use the paper file and it's like the groundhog seeing his shadow. Six more years of paper files.

WordPerfect has betrayed me by crashing on drafts on two consecutive trial prep weekends and (horrifyingly) by corrupting two completed MSJ files. I’m not sure if we can get past this betrayal.
