@dublinbusnews Thanks. Would it not make sense to have one of the 2 41s that drove by the estate at 720 pick up passengers given there is no alternate service?
@dublinbusnews I called the depot and they just confirmed. Said 735 is on schedule but no sign. Interestingly a 41x has passed front of estate at both 720 and 735, and neither have pulled in??
@dublinbusnews Not looking for investigation, just general courtesy and consideration for people running for a very limited bus service. I now have to take an alternate bus and taxi. Bit of kindness and respect could have gone a long way. Zero care factor from drivers
@dublinbusnews drivers could do with lesson in customer service. 2 buses service Knocksedan via 41x throughout entire evening. Both arrived exact same time and pulled off stop less than 5 yards from bus stop stuck in traffic. Both just shook their head when I attempted to get on!
@dublinbusnews Another 41X just passed by. Surely one of them could have been directed to pull in. Service to estate is non existent enough as is without this
@dublinbusnews The regular driver appears to have passed the estate and not come in leaving a number of passengers standing here at the stop....still no sign, ETA??
@SwordsExpress Additionally something needs to be done for queueing system. When buses arrive they tend to come in 3s, and large queues disperse. This causes a lot of issues when queues re-consolidate. SE should consider staggering buses or waiting until first bus pulls off before second pulls up
@SwordsExpress any plans to put on extra buses in the morning? 7 went by full at holywell this morn from 7.25 while 50+ people queued past traffic lights. Time to switch to Dublin bus on annual ticket
@SwordsExpress Thanks for the reply. This is a daily occurence and buses are certainly not that frequent. When they arrive generally they have a sorry bus full sign. When I mention 50pax, that was in front of me, there was a similar number behind me, and majority were for SE, not boarding DB
