Have we not been forced to make peace with the academic session being reduced? Why force us to write a final exam of 8 subjects when we so clearly lack the prep to do so?

@nafees_fazal @studentsofrguhs As students of a well known University, all we expect is for concerned authority to listen to us. We were never included in this ridiculous decision of preponing exams by 2.5 months or cutting our academic session short by more than 2 months compromising with our clinical skills

This is truly disheartening. Despite all our efforts, we are just left unheard.

@nafees_fazal @studentsofrguhs The decision was solely made by University and College principals/Deans with God knows what logic and reasoning. Getting to hear "one batch has to be sacrificed, we cannot do anything" from college and to not have university back you up is even worse.

@nafees_fazal Ma'am, do we assume the request has not been reviewed favourably? Every other exam has been pushed to a more reasonable date except ours. This partiality and bias seems personal this time. We have been utterly wronged.

@nafees_fazal VC said that the bds exams couldn't be postponeded because of the nursing exams . But now nursing exams are scheduled in November then why can not the bds exams be postponeded .!!!
stdnts who wnt 2 wrte exms mght be 3rd yrs with 3 subs. 4 yrs have 8 subs which is a lot prssr!

@nafees_fazal As a batch we have suffered alot becoz of COVID in the past 2 years. We even had one month off due to 3rd wave in the month of January this year. How did the university think it was fair to cut short our clinical course when we have already suffered enough? Please help us ma'am.

@nafees_fazal Our postponement request emails have been ignored. Only a handful of students are against postponement, but shouldn't the majority taken into consideration?? Our future is at stake. As future doctors, we need your help and the university's support for us to become good dentists .

@nafees_fazal Ma'am, more than 90% of the students are in desperate need of postponement. We have been sending emails every day requesting postponement since the past 10 days now. Our emails are just being ignored by the authorities. Meeting the authorities personally didn't work work either.

@nafees_fazal Ultimately, students are at great loss because we lack representation. It is not possible for all students to gather infront of the university asking for the same. We have mailed, approached higher officials and what not. We are just left unheard and blatantly dismissed.

@nafees_fazal Ma'am, the majority need a postponement. We've approached VC and registrar twice but with no success. We're caught in a vicious blame game between University and College. University is asking us to approach principals and principals not wanting to stand against University.

A Very legit demands is been asked by BDS Students of RGUHS streamlining academic session cannot be done on students career
Postponed there exam for few days & announce BDS final year results early to accommodate that days

Couldn't agree more🙏 A clinical course such as ours demands a full 10 month duration. We do not deserve to have been deprived of our clinical exposure and forced to appear for exams this early. Our genuine requests cannot and should not be dismissed so quickly by the University.

All the assurances from the ex-ministers went over the head of the @VCRguhs and the examination board members. This is not the way to ignore thousands of voices of your students. We are requesting you to postpone for just 15 days and nothing more than that.
