@RoyalMail Why do you call it 48hr tracked delivery, when you cant guarantee it will be delivered in 48 hours. My delivery has been at a Medway depot since Monday...and has not left there yet. Absolutely useless. Less Royal Mail, more "Royal Fail"

@virginmedia Have spent over 90mins on phone ultimately with complaints dept, trying to get a renewal sorted out. Whole experience has been horrendous. Your Customer service is totally not fit for purpose
@virginmedia Accidentally tried to upgrade my contract twice. Tried to speak to someone in support. Got theough to someone , but cant understand a word they are saying. Any chance I can contact someone in the Uk
@virginmedia I wanted to upgrade as we are out of contract. However because the first two emails went straight to my junk folder , I didnt think it had been processed. So I then tried the upgrade again.I now have multiple order ref and my account package is unchanged

@Deliveroo Just used you to get a Morrisons delivery ordered. Only part of the order has arrived, with the driver stating that another driver has the rest of the order. That was 30minutes ago. My wife has put in a claim but is being asked to provide photo evidence.....
