@BrianCox_RLTW what a lot of words to use when you could just have said 'I am a war crimes and genocide supporting sad old cunt' - fuck off racist wanker
@pk13510 we like to complain about the weather...and it gives us something else to focus on rather the imbecilic fucktards over the Atlantic - epitomised by that retarded orange paedophile they have elected as president
@CoopieBastards@ItsTaz1989 you are now changing all your arguments. For some renting is better than buying but it is far more complex than you are saying.....
@CoopieBastards@ItsTaz1989 the point I made is that the inequality in wealth allows the rich to buy up assets that they then can use as a means of exploiting the rest of us. Much wealth is paper wealth (based on company valuations) but if it is used to buy tangible assets then that becomes real
@CoopieBastards@ItsTaz1989 I know someone who started company on their own and PE invested in it - now the PE firm wants to use their financial muscle to take it off them now it is successful - they are not passive and supportive investors
@CoopieBastards@ItsTaz1989 when the care home owned by PE takes your home off you to pay after stripping out your cash even if you own a minuscule fraction of the PE through the pension then it is not much consolation
@CoopieBastards@ItsTaz1989 yes I am perfectly aware of how pension funs work thank you and many of those paying in are not he receiving end of PE rentiers - not something that happens to the very rich...there are more ways that the benefit is skewed to the rich too
@CoopieBastards@ItsTaz1989 they fund private equity firms through their investment offices who then buy up huge tranches of assets...not an individual house but who developments and others that people then rent off them. Not only source of funds but a large one
@CoopieBastards@ItsTaz1989 just shows how many stupid people are in banking. Do you really think that I was talking about the rich owning individual houses and going around to collect the rent and organising repairs?
@iAmJoshHunt it is hardly a difficult conclusion to reach. The difficult part is having something that isn't extreme right wing and has more in common with Restore than anything remotely left wing
