@nick19680 The guy landed right in front of us and came down with a fair bump. He didnโt seem critically ill, but who knows. He was in serious pain. Hope he makes a speedy recovery ๐ข
@SkyHelpTeam Are you having broadband connection issues in CW11 postcode? My broadband has been up and down all day. Your status says there are no known issues, but its been intermittent all day and other people in the village seeing the same.
@SkyHelpTeam I've tried this and it says "no known issues in my area" and then "we cannot find your hub".. which you won't, because I do not use a Sky hub/router. I use my own. But i can assure you my network is fine. Working great using my router backup connection (4G)
@SkyHelpTeam The router is working fine when using my second WAN line (Cellular) but when I switch it to the Sky connection, it works, then drops, then works etc. Very intermittent and been like it all day. Im a network engineer, so i know 100% it's not my network.
@SkyHelpTeam This is not going to work for me, as I do not use a SkyQ router, I use my own. But the issue is not the internal network, the issue is the connection coming into the property.. and neighbours are having the same issue. It was on the news you had issues?
@clementstorck Hi Clรฉment, am I correct in thinking you own PushingBox? If so, are you aware the service is currently down? Anything I can do to help get it back up? I use it for notifications and miss it :(
