The help they are offering is the bare minimum and the threats over less than £5k in arrears are just so upsetting…
The government wrecked the economy and now we’re expected to suffer and the banks are all part of the problem… I’d be angry if I wasn’t so upset! 2/2

I left my employment at one of the major banks due to unacceptable behaviour and targeted bullying… Unfortunately they are also my mortgage provider - the way they treat customers is awful… Yes we knew mortgage rates might rise but not by 6% in such a short space of time… 1/2
