@Cnote203 @prieurdp You’re going to slowly reverse into cars no matter what. At least coming out of a space, you expect it. If someone is behind you, you drive past the space then you reverse back into the traffic behind. You don’t get that?

@SeaPry @prieurdp So pedestrians only walk through parking lots where people are backing out? Just as easy to back over a pedestrian coming in than it is going out. Worse yet, it looks as if you’re driving past a space and then all of a sudden you reverse - so it’s not safer. It’s a wash.

@TheEXECUTlONER_ @BlondeOfWar I know of a house in Cameo Shores (Corona Del Mar) that’s half the price, twice the size and has a better view. Also right on the ocean. Many better deals out there and definitely overpriced.
