Don't let fear stop you! What is fear? Why are you afraid? Face your fears & dominate them! Most of our fears are because we don't want to fail & look bad. That's where your mindset has to shift from failing is bad to failing is an opportunity for growth! You > Your Fears

Let's say you throw 82 & you REALLY want to get to 90. You are NOT going to increase velo 8 mph today, but what you can do is take the 1st step towards it. Do you have a coach helping u? If no, find a coach TODAY! Do u have a plan? If no, make it TODAY! Take the 1st step! #AOATT
