PLAYERS: Good teammates have each other's backs. They support one another. They fill in the gaps for each other. They understand that they individually play different roles so that together the team can be complete. One person's weakness might be another person's strength.

HANDLE BETTER IN GAMES
When players work in BallHandling without defense, the hardest thing to replicate is the body positioning and driving angles.
An easy way to fix this is by turning your inside shoulder on the drive so that it leads the way…. This is how players drive in games and can help you have more effective workouts on your own 👍👍
Wally Szczerbiak wanted to workout, but his trainer couldn’t because he had a clinic for elementary-aged girls.
Wally showed up and participated in the clinic with the girls.
He was an NBA All-Star.
It doesn’t matter who is in the gym. Get your reps.
This footwork is vital for shooters that need:
1. A little bit more space
2. To get behind the 3 point line
Stopping quickly is the most efficient way to create space. Now add in two properly timed steps (w/ good balance) and you are difficult to defend.
