@Corkcicle I wasn't sure when I purchased it, probably a couple of years prior. They didn't ask for proof of purchase, or say anything about the warranty period, they owned the defect in their product and made it right. FREE
@Corkcicle I had a Yeti 14 oz Mug that started flaking paint on the handle. I contacted Yeti, filled out an exchange request form, received a pre-paid shipping label, shipped it back, and receive a brand-new replacement in a couple of weeks. FREE

@TruGreen fertilized my lawn by mistake. I had to water it so that my dogs could safely go out in it. I spent 2.5 hours of my time, and water, to do this. I called and have been waiting over a week for a manager to call me back.

@Ask_Spectrum After much delay we finally had someone come out and terminate the new cable to the taps in our yard and in our neighbors, and we still lose internet access multiple times EVERY day.
This cable was installed two weeks ago and never terminated. Called about it again today and was told only a dispatched tech can submit the service request to have it terminated. Let me save you a trip. Daily internet outages for over a month. @Ask_Spectrum
Yeah, got a call from dispatch to tell me that it is going over to construction and then a back and forth conversation that led me to believe that nobody really understands what needs to happen next. Everyone is very polite and apologizes nicely though.
@GetSpectrum We have daily internet outages for the last month. We've had tech dispatches that have uncovered problems that should have been addressed at install. They sent out a contractor that made this mess of my lawn and our neighbor's and they don't have Spectrum service.
