We appreciate Mission mode recruitment in SSC exams but the provision that SSC won't conduct DV has its own demerits. Now it is impossible for SSC MTS aspirants to opt out of the exam even if they are selected at a better post in the meantime.

SSC has made recruitment fast, and we all appreciate this but still, a lot of affirmative actions are required for the welfare of SSC aspirants. One such action is the introduction of a WAITING list or candidature withdrawal option in SSC MTS.

UPSC offers the facility to withdraw applications, which means it can be easily implemented. SSC should learn from UPSC and give candidates the option of application withdrawal in SSC MTS 2022. @DoptSecretary @drjitendrasingh @TheLallantop
