เรื่องภาษี จริงๆ พอจะทราบมาซักพักแล้ว และผมมองว่าเป็น move ที่โหดมากๆ ก่อนอื่นต้องเข้าใจก่อนว่า

📌 ยกเว้นภาษีคริปโต เฉพาะกระดานเทรดในไทยเท่านั้น

แปลว่ากำไรต่างๆ จากการเทรดที่ต่างประเทศ ยังถือเป็น “รายได้จาก ตปท” และยังคงโดนภาษีเหมือนเดิม แม้จะเอาเข้าไทยคนละปี (เพราะกฏเปลี่ยน)

📌 ซึ่งทางรัฐก็แก้เกมส์โดยการ “ปล่อยผี” ให้มีการนำรายได้ 2 ปี กลับเข้าไทยโดยที่ยกเว้นภาษี เพื่อให้คนไม่กลัวในการเอากลับเข้าไทย (คงต้องรอประกาศ)

ทั้งหมดนี้เป้าหมายหลักน่าจะเป็นการ “ดึง” คนไทยให้กลับมาเทรดในประเทศ และนำเงินเข้ามาอยู่ใน ecosystem ของประเทศอีกครั้ง

ปล. รอ futures/ options อยู่นะครับ ยังไงได้โปรดช่วยเร่งให้หน่อย คนไทยจะกลับมาอยู่ในเมืองไทย ค่า liquidation จะไหลเข้าประเทศ อีกเยอะเลยครับ

A trader deposited $7.167M on 3 separate Hyperliquid accounts within 5 minutes of each other. He then made leveraged trades on an illiquid coin, JELLYJELLY.
