@PLDT_Cares After iconduct ang internet refresh nawawala pa rin po ang connection and walang dial tone. Ilang agent na po ang nag conduct ng refresh pero I have told them na di na nagwwork yun and baka need na po iescalate or check ng technician. Need ko rin po ng modem replacement po
