We had a pretty terrible experience with #airbnb our last night in Dublin. We misplaced the keys and no one-not the host, nor Airbnb was able to help. We ended up having to pay for an exorbitant hotel so I could get the family off the streets.

@AirbnbHelp I’ve already spent a bunch of time in various support threads and appeals without any resolution. Why should I think that jumping back into it with the support team would not be a further waste of my time?
