@DavidBerna10349 @GMB The officers involved in the handcuffing of Henry Nowak should be facing a manslaughter charge, as he would have had treatment and probably lived if they had taken notice of his injury. But instead when he said I have been stabbed, the answer was "I don't think so ".

@GMB This could be stopped over night, by getting the Bin collections and rubbish tips to take anything that's put out or taken to the tip, and not to charge for taking some items. In the past what ever was put out for the collections would be picked up.
