@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb@bchesky still just shooting off canned responses for your hosts that need help. No answers after a month and this is the 4th time you’ve said the same thing and never reached out again. I told you, I will publicly display this entire BS you do to people.
@AirbnbHelp Here is the second time you replied the same way and did nothing. This was the 14th and you promised - like you do every time on the phone it’s being looked into. Everyone beware, Airbnb doesn’t care at all about customers.
@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp@bchesky day 25,26,27,28,29,30, still no calls, no replies, no assistance at all. 30 days of no answers, 30 Days of lies, 30 days of lost time and money. How can you possibly do this as a business in today’s day? Every moment documented and on camera and audio
Day 24, October 24th @AirbnbHelp@Airbnb@bchesky saying you’ll respond and have responded to posts in a public post to try to save face publicly doesn’t help anyone. Your only “help” is to assure me it’s being looked into. That is the only assistance you’ve given NO answers.
@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb@bchesky 23 days in, still no word or answer. At this point, you have to be breaking some type of law. What’s the point of being a host on Airbnb if you get zero help from the company. What’s up @vrbo
@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp@bchesky as I told you, I will document every single step of this so people know how horrifically Airbnb treats their people. Here is the follow up message. Still no help.
@Airbnb@bchesky day 20, Oct. 20th, nothing… Day 21, October 21, you know…. The day you said you’d reply… still nothing. This should be illegal. And it’s disgusting what you are doing to real, hard working, Americans. Nice work @Airbnb nice work.
@AirbnbHelp@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb@bchesky I already sent you a message the last time you said your help. And NOTHING changed. You didn’t look into anything.
@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp@bchesky you send me a message today day 22, October 22nd, saying you want to look into this? A week after you say you’d like to look into it previously? What would you like to look into differently this time? Everyone recognize everything they do is for show
@Airbnb@bchesky day 19, October 19th… Airbnb sent pre written email station they can’t work on case until the 21st. You really don’t care at all about the people who make your site possible. Don’t forget, you literally CANT function without hosts. We can function without you.
@Airbnb@bchesky day 18, Oct 18th. Finally received a call from Airbnb. They wouldn’t tell us what or why we were shut down, but asked us for proof of no parties. We’ve had zero parties at our rental and have all the documentation for it. If only you would’ve reached out to us..
@Airbnb@bchesky day 15, October 15th, Airbnb asks how can I assist you. When we told them, they said we can’t assist you. You will be contacted through email?
@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp
This CBC News story, Why Some Travellers are falling out of love with AirBnB, published today (Oct 14/24) couldn't be more timely. The company invites consumers to its site to rent homes and apartments but won't stand up for them

@Airbnb@bchesky I will continue to document the horrific lack of customer service you extend to real people with real issues only to continue making money and going about your day. This is not the way you treat people. And I want to make sure everyone knows what is going on
@Airbnb@bchesky day 14 Oct. 14th cont. the tech on phone said we had to hang up so a specialist could call us back. We received no call. Still no answers. We’ve broken no laws, there’s been no safety issues, and have never received anything less than 5 stars. Still inactive
@Airbnb@bchesky day14, Oct. 14th called Airbnb. Airbnb states they emailed us on September 13th - weeks before this whole thing started and it was the wrong email. Asked what the email was because we only have 1 on account. Could not answer. Still no answers.
