IATSE should follow other unions, listen to members & actually work out a contract that doesn’t kill us. 10 hrs off between shifts, no enforced meals penalties until missed by 4hrs? Encouraging 6 day work-weeks? Wage increase 1/2 of inflation? Is North Korea bargaining for us?
