@RoanAsselman Bedankt hiervoor. De straftoemeting door rechter is idd wettelijk, maar deze had discretie om op dezelfde grond zwaardere straffen uitspreken. Dit ontslaat dus m.i. de rechter niet als doelwit van maatschappelijke kritiek.
