@leftistsuckass @LauraLoomer It's the US who shifted policy under Obama and moved the labs into China. The Wutan lab was backed by the US also. It's similar called Capitalism. China makes better cars, heavy work equipment, mineral mining, trains, boats, bridges, etc., better and cheaper than US.
