@VerizonSupport All the contact info is correct and in the system. I got text updates yesterday, but the cancellation text was sent at 3:37pm Sun and I was supposed to move at 9am Mon. I'm trying to figure out how I can avoid that happening again. Curious the likelihood of this appt canceling.

@VerizonSupport Yes, the new date is Wednesday at 11:30. My concern is that the local dispatch will not be able to accommodate it similar to what happened to us today.

@VerizonSupport We're moving homes and can't be without internet. My wife is in medicine and is doing web-based appts with patients. We can't commit to a move date until we know we'll have service set up in our new home. The install was supposed to be today but it was cancelled last minute.

My family is dealing with an emergency medical situation and need to cancel a hotel room with @sheratonhotels but because of “policy” cannot get a refund. Now in addition to medical costs and the stress of this whole ordeal we are out $650. Thanks for the hospitality. 🤬🤬
