@NYSLabor No LWA payments in my bank account this morning, just regular UI benefits after signing and submitting the Docusign form on Friday morning. Where are the missing payments and when will they be deposited is there a different disbursement schedule from regular UI?
@NYSLabor it was confirmed by one of your employees at the Contact Center that you're actively blocking claimants from accessing the option to speak to a representative when calling in if they already have a claim on file. Sounds like legal action needs to be taken....
@NYSLabor I FINALLY after 3 weeks of trying got ahold of a rep this morning but of course she had to transfer me, waiting on hold over an hour for a specialist and of course while i'm waiting, i miss a call from 518-391-4565, rang one and no voicemail..I FUCKING QUIT
@NYSLabor well i lied, i called just for the fun of it, got right through at 8am on the dot today, got to the last prompt and you're already denying me a representative, which further proves you've blacklisted people from calling in who have a valid claim. @TishJames@NYGovCuomo
@NYSLabor not even going to waste my time bothering to call today as people who have already filed a claim are being blacklisted from reaching a representative, i've tested this with friends inputing their info into to the automated system and they got right through after waiting
@NYSLabor "Oh thank you god I got through to a claims specialist and all my back pay released to me today" I call bullshit. I've called over 6,000 times since last monday and can't even remotely get close to talking to a human while my claim sits there screwed up on their end
@mea0712@tonebobb@NYSLabor I am 1000% convinced they aren't allowing people with valid claims on file to get through. I can get through right now as i type this just fine, the line isn't busy at all, then get to the option to speak to a rep and automatically tells me to call back later as all reps are busy
@mea0712@tonebobb@NYSLabor I called about 450 times yesterday alone, i never got the option to "decide to wait for a person". Is there something i'm missing? I'd get to the end and it would just automatically hang up on me saying they can't take anymore calls..
@NYSLabor well, started my new job last week of sitting down at my desk and calling @NYSLabor upwards of 600 times per day all day from 8am to 730 pm, to never reach a single person, and already at 815 am this morning i give up trying to reach them as they're blocking the phones
@NYSLabor I'm able to get through the phone system 3x already this morning, but like clockwork since last monday, I get all the way to the option 6 now (they changed it) to speak to a representative, and it starts with the prerecorded message already... anyone having luck reaching a person
@minimoniiiiiii@NYSLabor Can confirm for sure that something is not right here. Tried calling the 888-209-8124 with my roommates info (with consent of course) and it said after entering pin "you currently have a valid claim on file". Mine doesn't say this even though i have a claim stuck in limbo i guess
What the hell is the point of calling @NYSLabor if they're not answering the phones, it's not that they're busy or too full, they're flat out not answering. So much for the back pay i'm due when my claim suddenly stopped paying. Thanks a lot @NYSLabor
